At each event, you’ll meet and socialize with Luxy Kings members who have confirmed their attendance.
Visit our website, select the “Events” option to view upcoming events, and pay special attention to the city where the event will take place, as well as the date and time, to ensure you’re available to attend.
Remember that for each event you confirm your attendance at, you’ll receive Luxy Stars:
1 Luxy Star = $1 USD.

- Pay the $30 USD attendance deposit, which is 100% refundable 48 hours after the event, to ensure our standards of excellence.
- Send us proof of payment.

If you are not a member:
- Reserve the event you’re interested in, and you’ll receive a WhatsApp message to start the event registration process.
- Provide us with your essential information to ensure the safety of our community and foster a more welcoming and satisfying atmosphere at our events.
- If we verify your information and it meets our standards of excellence, you’ll receive a welcome WhatsApp message.
- Make a non-refundable deposit of USD $30, which is 100% refundable 48 hours after the event, to ensure our standards of excellence.
- Send us proof of payment.
- We will validate your profile through a virtual or in-person interview.
- We will verify that all documentation is in order.
We will add you to the Telegram channel created specifically for each event and post your NON-CONFIDENTIAL information there. On this channel, you can meet the other members who have confirmed their attendance and find event information.
We will share the event location only with members who have confirmed their attendance, and just a few hours before the event.

- Receive, accept, or decline invitations to our Events or Private Dinners from Luxy Kings members.

INVITATIONS
As a Luxy Queen, you can receive, accept, or decline invitations to our events or private dinners from Luxy Kings members.
We will send you any invitations you receive via WhatsApp. If we do not receive a response within two hours, we will assume you are unavailable, and our team will contact the Luxy King so he can choose another Luxy Queen.
For events, if you accept the invitation, we will add you and publish your NON-CONFIDENTIAL information on the Telegram channel created exclusively for this event:
For private dinners, if you accept the invitation, we will arrange the location, date, and time that works for both of you.
You must be certain that you are available to attend the event; if you do not attend, we reserve the right to permanently remove your profile from our platform.
Remember that for your confirmed attendance at each event or dinner, you will receive Luxy Stars:

We verify the identity of our members by asking them to present a valid, current ID.
Our staff and/or staff from partner establishments will be responsible for your safety at all times, conducting a brief check to assess your state of consciousness and ensure you are well.
We do not disclose any contact information for our members. Members are free to choose whether or not to share their contact information after the event, trip, tour, or dinner.
How do we guarantee quality and exclusivity?
The restaurants, clubs, establishments, or venues where we host our events are pre-screened and evaluated by our staff, and we ensure they meet all quality standards, confirming that they rank among the city’s finest and most exclusive.
Members are carefully selected and must meet our standards and internal codes of class, elegance, and value (as applicable). We verify the accuracy of sensitive information and select our members through a verification process involving in-person and/or virtual interviews.
The profiles displayed on our website are 100% authentic.
How do we guarantee confidentiality?
Our staff and the staff of the restaurants, clubs, establishments, or venues we select have signed a confidentiality agreement with us, which prohibits them from disclosing any information, images, or videos during your time at the location where the event, tour, trip, or dinner takes place.
We do not disclose any contact information for our members. Members are free to choose whether or not to share their contact information after the event, trip, tour, or dinner.
The exact meeting location for our events or dinners will be provided to participating members just a few hours before the event.
Other members are prohibited from taking photographs or videos of the other members in attendance.
Who pays for restaurant or bar purchases?
At Events: The website details what each event includes; please read this carefully if you have confirmed your attendance at one of them. You agree to pay for any additional food, drinks, or purchases you make directly at the venues where the event takes place.
At Dinners: The gentleman agrees to pay the total bill for himself and the lady directly at the restaurant. Luxy Fun may offer you a complimentary item, which will be clearly mentioned by the staff at the partner restaurant.
