HOW TO BOOK AN EVENT
You don’t need to be a member; however, we recommend registering as one for the additional benefits described further below.
Visit our Website, select the “Events” option to browse upcoming events, and pay close attention to the city, date, and time to ensure you are available to attend.The booking method and benefits will depend on whether you are registered as a Member or attending as a Guest
For Members (you must be registered on our Website):

- Complete the event payment (if applicable).
- Send us the payment confirmation (if applicable).
For Guests (you are not registered on our Website):
- Let us know which Event you are interested in.
- Provide the essential required information.
- Schedule a virtual interview for profile verification.
- We carry out validation and standards compliance review.
- Complete the event payment.

HOW EVENTS WORK
We create an exclusive Telegram channel for each event — you will be added and your NON-CONFIDENTIAL information will be shared there. In this channel you will be able to get to know the other members who have confirmed their attendance, as well as event details.
We will share the event location only with members who have confirmed their attendance, and only a few hours before the event.
Please arrive punctually (see attendance and cancellation policy further below).
At the event you will enjoy a unique experience built around carefully designed dynamics to encourage interaction among attendees, sharing fun and comfortable moments together.
In addition to the group activities, you will have the opportunity to meet the attending Luxy Kings individually, in a safe environment.
At the end of the event, we will share your contact information only with the participants you choose and authorize.
Luxy Fun may also carry out its connection activities at events organized by other companies (“Public Events”) that are not exclusively for members of our community.

To join our community you need to register on our Website — membership is completely free for you. Simply follow the steps and provide the information requested in the registration forms.

ACCESS TO THE WEB PORTAL
If you are a Member, you will have an active account and profile on our Web platform at www.luxyfun.com. Select the “Luxy Login” option and enter the credentials sent to your email.
As a Luxy Queen member you now have access and can perform the following actions:
- View your profile and make modifications or changes to it. Changes are not immediate, as the Luxy Fun team will verify the suitability of the information and approve or reject changes in accordance with our terms and conditions.
- View Luxy King profiles across all categories.
- Receive, accept, or decline invitations to our Events or Private Dinners from Luxy King members.
EVENT INVITATIONS
As a Luxy Queen Member you may receive, accept, or decline invitations to our Events from Luxy King members.
As a gesture of gentlemanliness, the gentleman may choose to cover the full cost of your pass (not mandatory). If so, you will only need to make a good-faith deposit of USD $30, 100% refundable up to 48 hours after the event, in order to secure your attendance and uphold our standards of excellence.
Accepting an invitation does not mean you are required to spend the event exclusively with the King who invited you — it only secures your participation in what is a group event.
We will send you any invitations you receive via WhatsApp — if there is no response within two hours, we will understand that you are unavailable or not interested.
If you accept the invitation, complete the event payment (if applicable) and send us the payment confirmation (if applicable).
We will add you and publish your NON-CONFIDENTIAL information in the Telegram channel created exclusively for this event.

DINNER INVITATIONS
King members may also invite ladies from our community to a private dinner at the finest restaurants in the city partnered with Luxy Fun (“Restaurants”). Luxy Fun staff or restaurant staff will ensure the safety of our members throughout the dinner and their time on the premises.
We will send you any invitations you receive via WhatsApp — if there is no response within two hours, we will understand that you are unavailable or not interested.
If you accept the invitation, we will coordinate the venue, date, and time that works for both of you.
The dinner invitation is completely free for you — the gentleman assumes full responsibility for paying the bill at the restaurant.
To confirm your attendance you must make a good-faith deposit of USD $30, 100% refundable up to 48 hours after the dinner, in order to uphold our standards of excellence.
Please arrive punctually to the dinner (see attendance and cancellation policy further below).
NON-ATTENDANCE AND CANCELLATIONS
We ask that you carefully verify your availability before confirming attendance at any of our events or dinners:
- Events (Evening Gatherings or Experiences): If you need to cancel, you must notify us at least 72 hours in advance. This way your payment will be held as a credit for a future experience. After that window, no refunds or rescheduling will be made.
- Private Dinners: To avoid forfeiting your good-faith deposit, any changes or cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. After that window, no refunds or rescheduling will be made.
Please make sure you are available to attend the event or dinner before confirming. If you do not attend, we reserve the right to permanently deactivate your profile on our platform.
BENEFITS FOR LUXY QUEEN MEMBERS
- For your attendance and punctuality, you will earn Luxy Stars (LS) for each dinner, redeemable for beauty, personal care, and wellness products and services.
1 Luxy Star = USD $1 dollar.
- Priority placement in event spot assignments over ladies attending as Guests (non-members).
Fast-track registration for the event of your choice — no need to go through the registration process again.

All of our Luxy Queens undergo a selection process that includes background checks and a virtual or in-person interview to ensure our standards of excellence, safety, and exclusivity.
LUXY QUEENS: These are members of our community who meet our minimum standards of excellence, meaning they have a good presence.
LUXY QUEENS PRO: These are members of our community who meet the Luxy Queens criteria and also demonstrate excellent personal grooming and body language.
LUXY QUEENS ELITE: These are members of our community who meet the Luxy Queens Pro criteria and also have an established image and/or career.

We verify the identity of our members by asking them to present a valid, current ID.
Our staff and/or staff from partner establishments will be responsible for your safety at all times, conducting a brief check to assess your state of consciousness and ensure you are well.
We do not disclose any contact information for our members. Members are free to choose whether or not to share their contact information after the event, trip, tour, or dinner.
How do we guarantee quality and exclusivity?
The restaurants, clubs, establishments, or venues where we host our events are pre-screened and evaluated by our staff, and we ensure they meet all quality standards, confirming that they rank among the city’s finest and most exclusive.
Members are carefully selected and must meet our standards and internal codes of class, elegance, and value (as applicable). We verify the accuracy of sensitive information and select our members through a verification process involving in-person and/or virtual interviews.
The profiles displayed on our website are 100% authentic.
How do we guarantee confidentiality?
Our staff and the staff of the restaurants, clubs, establishments, or venues we select have signed a confidentiality agreement with us, which prohibits them from disclosing any information, images, or videos during your time at the location where the event, tour, trip, or dinner takes place.
We do not disclose any contact information for our members. Members are free to choose whether or not to share their contact information after the event, trip, tour, or dinner.
The exact meeting location for our events or dinners will be provided to participating members just a few hours before the event.
Other members are prohibited from taking photographs or videos of the other members in attendance.
Who pays for restaurant or bar purchases?
At Events: The website details what each event includes; please read this carefully if you have confirmed your attendance at one of them. You agree to pay for any additional food, drinks, or purchases you make directly at the venues where the event takes place.
At Dinners: The gentleman agrees to pay the total bill for himself and the lady directly at the restaurant. Luxy Fun may offer you a complimentary item, which will be clearly mentioned by the staff at the partner restaurant.
