HOW TO BOOK AN EVENT
You don’t need to be a member; however, we recommend registering as one for the additional benefits described further below.
Visit our Website, select the “Events” option to browse upcoming events, and pay close attention to the city, date, and time to ensure you are available to attend.
The booking method and benefits will depend on whether you are already a Member or wish to attend as a Guest:
For Members (you must be registered on our Website):
- Let us know which Event you are interested in.
- You may use your membership balance to pay for the full or partial cost of the event.
- If you prefer to keep your membership balance, complete the event payment separately.
- Send us the payment confirmation.
For Guests (you are not registered on our Website):
- Let us know which Event you are interested in.
- Provide the essential required information.
- Schedule a virtual interview for profile verification.
- We carry out validation and standards compliance review.
- Complete the event payment.
- Send us the payment confirmation.
HOW EVENTS WORK
We create an exclusive Telegram channel for each event, where your NON-CONFIDENTIAL information will be added and shared. In this channel you will be able to get to know the other confirmed attendees.
We will share the venue location only with members who have confirmed their attendance, and only a few hours before the event.
Please arrive punctually (see attendance and cancellation policy further below).
At the event you will enjoy a unique experience built around carefully designed dynamics to encourage interaction among attendees, sharing fun and comfortable moments together.
In addition to the group activities, you will have the opportunity to meet the attending Luxy Queens individually, in a safe environment.
At the end of the event, we will share your contact information only with the participants you choose and authorize.
Luxy Fun may also carry out its connection activities at events organized by other companies (“Public Events”) that are not exclusively for members of our community.
HOW MEMBERSHIPS WORK
By acquiring one of our memberships you become a member of our exclusive Luxy Kings community.
100% of the amount you pay for your membership is redeemable or consumable through our experiences (dinners or events) — your balance can be used in full or in part to pay for Events or Dinners.
The price of each Event is published on our Web portal.
The price of each Dinner will depend on your membership tier and the Luxy Queen’s category (see pricing further below under “Dinner Invitations”).

REGISTRATION AS A LUXY KING MEMBER
To join our community you need to register on our Website — simply follow the steps and provide the information requested in the registration forms.
Share your essential information with us via WhatsApp to ensure the safety of our community and a greater sense of affinity and satisfaction at our events.
Schedule a virtual interview for profile verification via WhatsApp Video at +593 969 636 343 — it will take no more than 5 minutes. Our service hours are:

If we validate your information and it meets our standards of excellence, you will receive a welcome message via WhatsApp.
Complete the payment for the membership of your choice and send us the payment confirmation.
ACCESS TO THE WEB PORTAL
If you are a Member, you will have an active account and profile on our Web platform at www.luxyfun.com. Select the “Luxy Login” option and enter the credentials sent to your email.
As a Luxy King member you now have access and can perform the following actions:
- View your profile and make modifications or changes to it. Changes are not immediate, as the Luxy Fun team will verify the suitability of the information and approve or reject changes in accordance with our terms and conditions.
- View Luxy Queen profiles across all categories.
- Invite Luxy Queens to our Events or Dinners.
EVENT INVITATIONS
As a Luxy King Member you may invite the Luxy Queens of your interest shown on our Website to our Events.
We will send the invitation via WhatsApp to the Luxy Queen of your interest — if there is no response within two hours, we will understand that she is unavailable, and you may invite another Luxy Queen.
As a gesture of gentlemanliness, you may choose to cover the cost of the event for the Luxy Queen (this is not mandatory). If a Queen accepts your invitation, it does not oblige her to spend the event exclusively with you — it only secures her participation in what is a group event.
We will add and publish the NON-CONFIDENTIAL information of confirmed attendees in the Telegram channel created exclusively for this event.

DINNER INVITATIONS
King members may also invite ladies from our community to a private dinner at the finest restaurants in the city partnered with Luxy Fun (“Restaurants”). Luxy Fun staff or restaurant staff will ensure the safety of our members throughout the dinner and their time on the premises.
The Luxy Fun management fee for coordinating dinners will be deducted from your membership balance. The fees are as follows:

If she accepts the invitation, we will coordinate the venue, date, and time that works for both of you.
At Luxy Fun we are inspired by the principle of gentlemanliness — gentlemen are expected to cover the full bill for their own consumption and that of the lady at the restaurant.

NON-ATTENDANCE AND CANCELLATIONS
We ask that you carefully verify your availability before confirming attendance at any of our events or dinners.
If you need to cancel an event or dinner, you must notify us at least 72 hours in advance. This way your balance will be held as a credit for a future experience or dinner. After that window, no refunds or rescheduling will be made.
Please make sure you are available to attend the event or dinner before confirming. If you do not attend, we reserve the right to permanently deactivate your profile on our platform.
LUXY QUEEN CATEGORIES
All of our Luxy Queens go through a selection process that includes sensitive information verification and a virtual or in-person interview to ensure our standards of excellence, safety, and exclusivity.
LUXY QUEENS: Members of our community who meet our minimum standards of excellence — meaning they have a strong, polished presence.
LUXY QUEENS PRO: Members of our community who qualify as Luxy Queens and who additionally demonstrate exceptional personal care and body language.
LUXY QUEENS ELITE: Members of our community who qualify as Luxy Queens Pro and who additionally have a consolidated public image and/or career.
How do we guarantee your safety?
We verify the identity of our members through the presentation of a valid, current ID.
Our staff and/or staff from partner establishments will be responsible for your safety at all times, conducting a brief check to assess your state of awareness and ensure you are well.
We do not disclose any contact information for our members. Members are free to choose whether or not to share their contact information after the event, trip, tour, or dinner.
How do we guarantee quality and exclusivity?
The restaurants, clubs, establishments, or venues where we host our services are pre-screened and evaluated by our staff, and we ensure they meet all quality standards, confirming that they rank among the city’s finest and most exclusive.
Members are carefully selected and must meet our internal standards and codes of class, elegance, and value (as applicable). We verify the accuracy of sensitive information and select our members through a verification process involving in-person and/or virtual interviews.
The profiles displayed on our website are 100% real.
How do we guarantee confidentiality?
Our staff, as well as the staff at the restaurants, clubs, establishments, or venues we select, have signed a confidentiality agreement with us that prohibits them from disclosing any information, images, or videos during your time at the location where the event, tour, trip, or dinner takes place.
We do not disclose any contact information for our members. Members are free to choose whether or not to share their contact information after the event, trip, tour, or dinner.
The exact meeting location for our events or dinners will be provided to participating members only a few hours before the event.
Other members are prohibited from taking photographs or videos of attending members.
Who pays for food and drinks at events and dinners?
At Events: Our Website details what is included in each event — please read carefully before confirming your attendance. You agree to pay directly at the venues for any additional consumptions or purchases made on your own.
At Dinners: The gentleman agrees to pay the full bill for his own consumption and that of the lady directly at the restaurant. Luxy Fun may offer a complimentary item, which will be clearly communicated by the staff of the partner restaurant.
At Luxy Fun we are inspired by the principle of gentlemanliness, and for this reason ladies enjoy a preferential and differentiated participation fee for our activities.
