First and last names.

Mobile phone number (WhatsApp and/or Telegram).
Profile photos and multimedia material (mandatory for Hostesses and optional for Gentlemen).
Geolocation data (required only for face-to-face meetings or dates).
Browsing data (cookies, IP address, device type).
B. Verification data (specific to Hostesses):
Copy of official identity document (ID card, national identity card, or passport).
Validation photograph (selfie with document or specific sign) for the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
Bank or e-wallet details (only for the exchange of Luxy Stars – LS).
4. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
The data collected by Luxy Fun has the following specific purposes:
Connection management: To allow Gentlemen to view profiles and Hostesses to receive invitations.
Security and validation: To verify legal age (18+) and the authenticity of profiles to prevent fraud and identity theft.
Luxy Stars (LS) system: Manage the accumulation, reporting, and redemption of incentives for Hostesses.
Technological intermediation: Luxy Fun acts as an intermediary for dates, and the parties will not be able to have each other’s contact information until they meet in person and decide to do so at their own discretion and consent. Luxy Fun does not disclose contact information prior to the date.
Communications: Send notifications about date requests and acceptances, service updates, and security alerts.
Legal compliance: Respond to requests from competent authorities in the jurisdictions of operation.
5. PROCESSING OF SENSITIVE DATA
Luxy Fun does not request sensitive data related to racial origin, religious beliefs, political orientation, or health data. The images provided are used exclusively for the visual and aesthetic identification of the profile within the platform ecosystem. The user has the right not to provide sensitive data that is not required by the nature of the service.
6. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER AND TRANSMISSION
Luxy Fun is an entity based in the United States. Users agree to have their data stored on servers located in the US or other jurisdictions with adequate protection standards. Personal data may be shared with service providers (payment gateways, cloud hosting services, and identity verification tools) under strict confidentiality agreements.
7. RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS (ARCO RIGHTS)
In accordance with the laws of Ecuador, Colombia, and Peru, users may exercise the following rights:

Once the connection is formalized and users decide, by mutual agreement, to exchange external contact details (such as phone numbers or messaging profiles), the relationship enters a strictly private sphere. Luxy Fun does not monitor, store, or assume any responsibility for the communications, agreements, or conduct that the parties maintain after the date or outside the digital environment of our platform.
10. MINORS
The service is strictly prohibited for minors under the age of 18. Luxy Fun uses verification filters and, if it detects an account belonging to a minor, it will immediately delete the data and permanently block access.
11. MODIFICATIONS
Luxy Fun reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Significant changes will be notified via the website or by email. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated policy.
